There are several steps and you must complete them all to be entered into THIS pageant. THIS WILL TAKE YOU AT LEAST 25 MINUTES TO COMPLETE! (IMPORTANT NOTE: ONLY USE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS– DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL ADDRESS AT ONE PLACE, THEN YOUR HOME EMAIL AT ANOTHER, THEN YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL AT ANOTHER—- IT WILL NOT PROCESS!!!!! YOUR APPLICATION WILL KICK BACK!!!)
When you have paid your yearly $49.99 subscription fee, then you will be able to choose the local preliminary you would like to enter. When you chose the pageant you want to enter, then you will be taken to the Miss America Contract. You must complete it in full for each and every pageant you are entering. It will ask for you to upload your drivers’ license, birth certificate or your naturalization papers etc., just like what you usually bring with you to the local pageant. Upon completing the contract, then you will continue on to the next step which is Spot Fund. You will then set up your Spot Fund account for THIS LOCAL PAGEANT that you are entering and none others– just this one. After you have done that, then you will be totally entered into THIS PAGEANT!
After you have completed these 3 steps, you will need to go back to the local pageant website and get the paperwork required for this pageant and fill it out and send it to this local director. (This paperwork may include your talent, your talent introduction, your photo, etc.)
