The Miss University of Alabama Scholarship Program held its annual candidate interest meeting at Alumni Hall on the University of Alabama campus on Sept. 27, 2022. Twenty one UA students were in attendance.
Miss UA director Carol Wright talked about the history of the Miss UA program and discussed requirements and qualifications for the program. Current Miss Alabama Lindsay Fincher, who was Miss UA 2021-2022, was on hand to discuss what the competition was like for her, as well as her time as Miss UA.
