Hailey Adams was crowned Miss University of Alabama 2026 Oct. 10 at the Bama Theatre. She is a junior from Birmingham majoring in public relations on the CREATE Path to MBA.

Hailey Adams is the reigning Miss University of Alabama 2025-2026. Hailey is a junior, majoring in Public Relations on the CREATE Path to her MBA. (The University of Alabama’s CREATE Path to the MBA is a program for high-achieving undergraduates in creative disciplines, including Public Relations, to earn an MBA in one year after their bachelor’s degree.) She is pursuing a double minor in a Sales and Political Science with a career objective of becoming a Fashion Public Relations Specialist.

Hailey hails from Birmingham, Alabama and is the daughter of Sean and Lori Adams.

Hailey’s Community Service Initiative is Hailey H.E.A.R.S. – Ending Human Trafficking. H.E.A.R.S. stands for Helping, Educating, Advocating, Resilience and Strength. Hailey serves as Co-Chair of Alabama Governor Kay Ivey’s Human Trafficking Task Force and is determined to break the silence surrounding human trafficking, provide education on prevention, and remind every survivor that their voice is heard and valued.


Her Collegiate Honors include: Shelby Institute for Leadership & Policy Scholar, Cardinal Key Historian, The Elliot Society, Alpha Lambda President 2024, Blackburn Institute, Alpha Gamma Delta Academics Committee, UA Presidential Merit Scholarship Recipient, President’s List – 4 Consecutive Semesters, Lambda Sigma, Alpha Gamma Delta, Multi-Year President’s Gold Service Award Recipient, UAMiracle, Jovani IT-Girl, Freshman Forum, C&IS first year interest group, and Alpha Gamma’s Delta’s UA Most Outstanding Sophomore.
